10kg Beef Box - Pedigree Beef Shorthorn

This is our first offering from our Pedigree Beef Shorthorn Herd based in Ayrshire Scotland. As we have only just started the herd will have only 3 animals for sale in 2026 with a view to growing our direct to customer sales into 2027. 

This meat is all from a single animal, grass fed all summer here in Ayrshire, slaughtered in Ayrshire and butchered in Ayrshire.

The beef has been hung for 28 days and expertly butchered by Allan's of Stewarton.

As this is our first time doing this it is hard to fully cost everything and work out where our prices need to be so I have done some research to come up with the £160 price for the 10kg. This is below the market average for premium meat of this quality and to ensure people feel they are getting value for money we will be individually pricing each item in the box to show customers they are getting great value.

In future we hope to expand to different sized boxes and steak packs but for now we are keeping it simple while we learn the process.

I can't specify what will be in each box other than guaranteeing a minimum of 10kg of beef and an individual item value greater than £160.
